I bought a white one a couple of months back. Its a great value for money. The machine is powerful enough to be used as a primary computer. Excellent to take to classes. Fits really well into the backpack and with the 6 cell battery you hardly ever need to charge it! With wireless on, my battery usually lasts a day and a half even though I use it as my primary computer. It comes with a lot of extra software which in my opinion it could have done without. It comes with windows XP but I installed ubuntu linux as well. Ubuntu 8.10 had some driver issues with the sound and wireless cards. But 9.04 works like a charm.
